Ordering & shipping:
Great that you shop with us! We try to pack and ship your order for you as soon as possible, so that you can shine in your new outfit as soon as possible! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation, when the package has been scanned in the sorting center, you will receive an email with your unique track & trace code.
Do you order for an amount above € 80? Then we pay your standard shipping costs! (NL only) Free shipping for orders from Belgium and Germany is € 90-.
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days on working days.
Returns:
Too bad the item is not quite what you had in mind! You can return (partially) your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
Make sure to add a return form to your return package.

The return conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Items must be unworn.
- All price tags and labels must still be on the garments.
- The items must not show any signs of wear.
- Jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
Refund:
Always send your return package with a track and trace code so that you can follow where your package is at all times. After receipt of the return shipment, your return shipment will be processed within 14 days and the refund will be put into effect. The amount will be refunded to the used account at all times.
